Namaa AI ("Platform") is a software automation tool that helps users configure and run algorithmic trading agents using their own brokerage API credentials. Namaa AI is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser, Portfolio Manager, Research Analyst, or financial planner. Namaa AI is not a party to any trade executed on your account.
By using this Platform, you confirm that: (a) you set all strategy parameters; (b) trades execute using your own API credentials on your own brokerage account; (c) you bear sole responsibility for all outcomes; and (d) Namaa AI holds no discretionary authority over your portfolio.
Equity investing carries significant risk. You may lose some or all of your capital. Automated agents execute based on pre-configured rules, not human judgment. Market conditions, software failures, and execution slippage may cause outcomes different from expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Namaa AI's total liability arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (i) subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (ii) ₹5,000.
Namaa AI is not liable for: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, consequential or indirect damages, market losses, losses from your own configuration, third-party service failures, or your tax liabilities.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Namaa AI and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from: your trading activity, your strategy configuration, your use of BYOA/BYOS features, or any third-party claims relating to your account.
Compliance screening is based on AAOIFI methodology using third-party data. Compliant today does not guarantee compliance tomorrow. Financial ratios have a 30–60 day lag. Namaa AI does not issue fatwas. Users remain responsible for personal religious due diligence. Namaa AI is not liable for religious or spiritual harm.
User-submitted strategies and agents are not endorsed by Namaa AI. Marketplace strategies are not investment advice. Past performance of any strategy is not indicative of future results. Strategy creators are not SEBI-registered Research Analysts or Investment Advisers.
Any dispute shall be resolved by sole arbitration seated in Bengaluru, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Language: English. All claims must be brought individually — class or collective actions are not permitted. Indian law governs this agreement. Bengaluru courts have exclusive jurisdiction for non-arbitral matters.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after notice of changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified by email or in-app banner.
